  1. Identity Verification

Users may be required to complete identity verification before accessing certain services including but not limited to:

  • Bank account application
    • Debit card issuance
    • Token purchases exceeding certain thresholds
    • Participation in specific financial services

The verification process may require users to submit the following information:

  • Full legal name
    • Date of birth
    • Nationality
    • Residential address
    • Government-issued identification (such as a passport)
    • Proof of address documentation
  1. Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)

Additional verification procedures may apply to users considered higher risk. This may include:

  • Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs)
    • High transaction volumes
    • Users located in high-risk jurisdictions
    • Unusual transaction activity

Enhanced Due Diligence may involve additional documentation or manual review.

  1. Restricted Jurisdictions

NeUSD services may not be available to users residing in certain jurisdictions due to regulatory restrictions.

These jurisdictions may include but are not limited to:

  • United States of America
    • Countries subject to international sanctions
    • Jurisdictions identified as high risk for financial crimes

NeUSD reserves the right to update this list at any time.

  1. Data Protection

All personal information collected for KYC purposes is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and internal security policies.

Information is used solely for compliance and verification purposes.

  1. Refusal or Termination

NeUSD reserves the right to refuse service or terminate accounts where:

  • Identity verification cannot be completed
    • False or misleading information is provided
    • Suspicious or unlawful activity is detected
  1. Compliance Cooperation

NeUSD may cooperate with banking partners and regulatory authorities to ensure full compliance with financial regulations.

Users agree that verification data may be shared with relevant financial institutions where required for service provision.
