TERMS OF SERVICE<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Introduction<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by NeUSD (“NeUSD”, “we”, “our”, or “the Platform”).<\/span><\/p>\n

    By accessing or using NeUSD services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.<\/span><\/p>\n

    If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the services.<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. Description of Services<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      NeUSD provides access to a digital asset ecosystem that may include:<\/span><\/p>\n

      • Digital asset information and token-related services<\/span>
        \n<\/span>\u2022 Access to partner banking services<\/span>
        \n<\/span>\u2022 Debit card application services<\/span>
        \n<\/span>\u2022 Wallet and blockchain interaction tools<\/span>
        \n<\/span>\u2022 Community participation and promotional campaigns<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Certain banking services referenced by NeUSD may be provided by third-party financial institutions.<\/span><\/p>\n

        1. Eligibility<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          To use NeUSD services, you must:<\/span><\/p>\n

          • Be at least 18 years of age<\/span>
            \n<\/span>\u2022 Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements<\/span>
            \n<\/span>\u2022 Not be located in a restricted jurisdiction<\/span>
            \n<\/span>\u2022 Not be subject to international sanctions<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            NeUSD reserves the right to restrict services in certain jurisdictions including but not limited to the United States and sanctioned countries.<\/span><\/p>\n

            1. Account Registration<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              Users may be required to create an account or submit personal information in order to access certain services.<\/span><\/p>\n

              You agree that all information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.<\/span><\/p>\n

              You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.<\/span><\/p>\n

              1. Identity Verification<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                NeUSD may require identity verification (KYC) in order to access certain services including banking applications, debit card issuance, or financial services.<\/span><\/p>\n

                Failure to complete required verification may result in restricted access to services.<\/span><\/p>\n

                1. Banking Services<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  Banking-related services referenced on the platform are provided by partner financial institutions.<\/span><\/p>\n

                  Approval for bank accounts or debit cards is subject to the policies and regulatory requirements of the respective financial institution.<\/span><\/p>\n

                  NeUSD does not guarantee that such services will be approved or available in all jurisdictions.<\/span><\/p>\n

                  1. Digital Assets<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    NeUSD tokens and other digital assets referenced on the platform may be subject to market volatility.<\/span><\/p>\n

                    Users acknowledge that digital assets may fluctuate in value and carry financial risk.<\/span><\/p>\n

                    NeUSD does not guarantee the value, liquidity, or future performance of any digital asset.<\/span><\/p>\n

                    1. Prohibited Activities<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      Users agree not to use NeUSD services for any unlawful or prohibited activities including but not limited to:<\/span><\/p>\n

                      • Money laundering<\/span>
                        \n<\/span>\u2022 Terrorist financing<\/span>
                        \n<\/span>\u2022 Fraud or financial scams<\/span>
                        \n<\/span>\u2022 Sanctions evasion<\/span>
                        \n<\/span>\u2022 Any illegal financial activity<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                        Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of access to services.<\/span><\/p>\n

                        1. Compliance and Monitoring<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                          NeUSD may monitor transactions and user activities in order to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n

                          NeUSD reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where suspicious activity is detected.<\/span><\/p>\n

                          1. Promotional Campaigns<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                            NeUSD may conduct promotional campaigns including token distributions, reward programs, or incentive campaigns.<\/span><\/p>\n

                            Participation in such campaigns may be subject to additional terms and conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n

                            NeUSD reserves the right to modify or cancel campaigns at its discretion.<\/span><\/p>\n

                            1. Limitation of Liability<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                              NeUSD provides services on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                \n<\/span>\u2022 Regulatory changes<\/span>

                                Users assume full responsibility for their use of digital assets.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                1. Intellectual Property<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                  All content, trademarks, logos, and materials associated with NeUSD are the property of NeUSD or its licensors.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                  Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use such materials without permission.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                  1. Privacy<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                    User information is collected and handled in accordance with the NeUSD Privacy Policy.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                    1. Changes to Terms<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                                      NeUSD reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                      Users will be notified of material changes where appropriate.<\/span><\/p>\n

                                      Continued use of services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.<\/span><\/p>\n
