    • Digital asset information and token-related services
      • Access to partner banking services
      • Debit card application services
      • Wallet and blockchain interaction tools
      • Community participation and promotional campaigns

    Certain banking services referenced by NeUSD may be provided by third-party financial institutions.

    1. Eligibility

    To use NeUSD services, you must:

    • Be at least 18 years of age
      • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
      • Not be located in a restricted jurisdiction
      • Not be subject to international sanctions

    NeUSD reserves the right to restrict services in certain jurisdictions including but not limited to the United States and sanctioned countries.

    1. Account Registration

    Users may be required to create an account or submit personal information in order to access certain services.

    You agree that all information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.

    You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

    1. Identity Verification

    NeUSD may require identity verification (KYC) in order to access certain services including banking applications, debit card issuance, or financial services.

    Failure to complete required verification may result in restricted access to services.

    1. Banking Services

    Banking-related services referenced on the platform are provided by partner financial institutions.

    Approval for bank accounts or debit cards is subject to the policies and regulatory requirements of the respective financial institution.

    NeUSD does not guarantee that such services will be approved or available in all jurisdictions.

    1. Digital Assets

    NeUSD tokens and other digital assets referenced on the platform may be subject to market volatility.

    Users acknowledge that digital assets may fluctuate in value and carry financial risk.

    NeUSD does not guarantee the value, liquidity, or future performance of any digital asset.

    1. Prohibited Activities

    Users agree not to use NeUSD services for any unlawful or prohibited activities including but not limited to:

    • Money laundering
      • Terrorist financing
      • Fraud or financial scams
      • Sanctions evasion
      • Any illegal financial activity

    Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of access to services.

    1. Compliance and Monitoring

    NeUSD may monitor transactions and user activities in order to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

    NeUSD reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where suspicious activity is detected.

    1. Promotional Campaigns

    NeUSD may conduct promotional campaigns including token distributions, reward programs, or incentive campaigns.

    Participation in such campaigns may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

    NeUSD reserves the right to modify or cancel campaigns at its discretion.

    1. Limitation of Liability

    NeUSD provides services on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind.

    NeUSD shall not be liable for:

    • Market losses
      • Third-party service disruptions
      • Regulatory changes
      • Blockchain network issues

    Users assume full responsibility for their use of digital assets.

    All content, trademarks, logos, and materials associated with NeUSD are the property of NeUSD or its licensors.

    Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use such materials without permission.

    1. Privacy

    User information is collected and handled in accordance with the NeUSD Privacy Policy.

    NeUSD reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

    Users will be notified of material changes where appropriate.

    Continued use of services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
